Lee Leslie is a writer, illustrator, and naturalist. He has written, drawn, and designed cartoons and comics for American Greetings, Image Comics, The Kansas City Star, and many others. He illustrated the graphic novel Screamland: Death of the Party before self-publishing Rigby the Barbarian and Goggle-Girl.

Lee lives on a small farm in rural Missouri with his wife, their three children, and a small herd of Highland Cattle.
